Drone Home Inspection
Aerial documentation of the exterior surfaces a traditional home inspector can't reach safely. Vantage Drone Co. performs drone home inspections across eastern Massachusetts for homebuyers, sellers, home inspectors, realtors, and estate administrators — with a 48-hour PDF report on every job.
What a drone home inspection covers
Full exterior aerial survey
Roof, chimneys, gutters, siding, soffits, eaves, skylights, and upper windows — every surface a ladder can't safely reach.
High-resolution annotated imagery
Areas of interest are marked, zoomed, and captioned — for review by your home inspector, roofer, or contractor. We document; they interpret.
PDF report within 48 hours
Shareable deliverable sized for inclusion in a buyer's agent packet, a home inspection report, or an insurance submission.
Drone home inspection vs. a full home inspection
What we do
We document every exterior surface visible from the air — roof, chimneys, gutters, siding, soffits, upper-story windows, and complex rooflines that a ladder can't reach. Every area of interest is photographed at detail resolution and annotated in a PDF report for your home inspector, roofer, or contractor to review.
What we don't do
We are not a licensed home inspector. We do not enter the home, test mechanicals, probe for moisture, or write MA home inspector reports. A drone home inspection complements a full home inspection — it is not a replacement for one.
When aerial documentation is the right tool.
Pre-purchase due diligence
Independent aerial documentation before closing, especially on homes with steep, slate, or complex rooflines.
Pre-listing documentation
Establish baseline condition before listing the home and support a clean disclosure.
Home inspector augmentation
Subcontracted drone coverage that lets home inspectors document roofs they can't safely climb.
Warranty or builder claims
Documented exterior condition before a warranty deadline or builder dispute.
Pre-renovation baseline
Photograph existing conditions before contractors arrive on site.

What Vantage Drone Co. does — and doesn't do.
Vantage Drone Co. is a drone imaging and documentation service. We capture comprehensive, professional-grade aerial imagery and deliver it as a clearly organized PDF report.
We are not licensed roofers, structural engineers, home inspectors, or insurance adjusters. We do not make repair recommendations, structural determinations, or claim valuations. Our deliverable is the imagery and documentation — interpretation is handed off to your licensed home inspector, roofer, or buyer's agent.

Address, what you're trying to document, and a target window — that's all we need to quote and schedule.
