Drone inspection services in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Worcester is in the middle of an active commercial construction cycle, including the $51M office-to-residential conversion at 10 Chestnut Street, the $51M Lincoln Square historic redevelopment, and multiple industrial-to-commercial renovations. That pipeline generates sustained demand for construction progress documentation, pre-renovation facade condition surveys, and commercial roof inspections.

Worcester's industrial roof inventory is aging and largely flat-roofed, the exact profile that benefits most from annual drone-based visual surveying. And the city's four major college campuses (WPI, Holy Cross, Clark, and Becker) run recurring facilities work where drone imagery speeds up reserve planning and capital project documentation.
