Consistent flight paths every visit
Same patterns, altitudes, angles, and start points — so the orthomosaic and 3D model from each visit overlay cleanly on the prior one. Side-by-side time-lapse comparison is the deliverable that anchors monthly owner reports and resolves sequencing disputes.

Monthly PDF summary (archive)
A labeled PDF accompanies the interactive viewer on every visit — site-plan overlay, elevation views, and captions describing what's changed since the prior visit. Owner-report ready, draw-submission ready, dispute-defense ready. The PDF is the archive; the interactive viewer is the deliverable.

We are not licensed roofers, structural engineers, home inspectors, or insurance adjusters. We do not make repair recommendations, structural determinations, or claim valuations. Our deliverable is the imagery and documentation — interpretation is handed off to your general contractor, owner's rep, or project team.
